Movement guide. Yoga teacher. Experiential creator.
Out in the hi desert, exploring embodied movement and sharing what I learn along the way.
My practice integrates together various movement modalities: from my astanga vinyasa and Hatha certification in Rishikesh, India to mobility and functional movement, cross-training, and kinesiology and anatomy coursework. I love to share fun and creative sequences that engage multiple dimensions of physical, emotional, and mental experience. And in our practice together, I strive to offer guidance in finding joy, peace, and agency through movement.
